Before describing the kitchen I want to thank Mrs. Paola, an exquisite, attentive, kind and hospitable person. The best fried dumpling I ate marries egregiamente with excellent local salami, perfect even in the cut and abundant as the portion of soft cheese served together. I could say that everything is more than enough for a satisfying dinner. Wide choice of the first local tradition. Excellent (not found anywhere! mixed boiled accompanied by green sauce absolutely prepared at the moment to accompany the boiled. Tasty the caponata, rich in tasty vegetables and seasoned with just moderation to taste the flavor of vegetables. Excellent and quality cheeses. I would like to spend two words on the bread too: fresh, with the perfect fragrant and mollic crust. Wide choice of cake cart. Dear Mrs. Cristina who has followed our table carefully. Tortelli di magro ok. Servizio celere. Provato di domenica a mezzodì.
