"This is the best restaurant in Rome; I came back here three times a week. The sirloin steak with butter is simply divinely tender and melts in the mouth, the steak with truffle sauce is the perfect combination of flavors. Uruguayan steak with pumpkin sauce is luxurious and tender. Carpaccio with pumpkin sauce is an excellent starter, an interesting combination. Spaghetti in a pecorino wheel creamy, filling, a bit too salty, but excellent with wine. Cacio e pepe pasta is simply divinely delicious. Pasta with truffles luxurious, plenty of truffles. A few questions about the steak with artichokes it's not bad, but I got a sinewy piece, it was not easy to chew) all the wine we tried was fabulous: white Timorasso from Piedmont, red Nerello from Etna, reds by the glass I recommend them all. And the dessert tiramisu it's not just a dessert, it's a performance! And I must say separately about the staff: fabulous people, very compassionate, helpful, attentive. The best."

The food was overall great! We loved the Tbone and tartare. Unfortunately at 22:40 they had already stopped cooking and we could not have anything else cooked. But overall very good! Recommended

carinissimo place near the pio village. specialized in meat, they have a counter in beautiful view with various cuts. fries also excellent cut in washers. ideal for an intimate evening view of the room size and the central location. We'll be back.

One of the best dinners I’ve ever had! We were a group of 10 visiting Rome. We are so glad we chose this for our last dinner! Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. The service was top notch.
