"We had a great dining experience at Swan thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We made a reservation online and were promptly seated at our table after grabbing a few drinks from the bar. The food was delicious, starting with a sharer plate of Padron paprika, chorizo, chicken, and more. For my main course, I enjoyed the duck and ale cake which was filled with savory meat, served with creamy mashed potatoes, and accompanied by green and baby carrots. My companions savored the cake in the hole, fish cake, and ham, egg, and chips, all of which were tasty with no complaints. The drinks were good, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend dining at Swan."

The pub is nice, just a little crowded. The staff is friendly and they have great beer options.

I enjoy the fresh juices at this restaurant, but I find it frustrating that they all display the calorie information and they are also quite pricey. They are a nice treat occasionally, but not something I would want to indulge in regularly.

I tried the pick me juice and it was delicious. I noticed that at least half of the juice menu was vegan, and they also offered an açai bowl. There were some unique square cakes displayed on the counter, but I couldn't find them on the menu so I'm not sure if they were vegan. Speisekarte ansehen

Great, spacious pub. Exactly what I love about pubs, those large wood tables, comfortable areas to spend hours talking and hanging out with friends. The only reason for the 4 stars was the limited availability of food on the menu. Most of the things we wanted were sold out. The rest, good as usual.

I tried the vegan avocado sandwich and found it to be just okay. Instead of mozzarella, they used kale (although sometimes they use spinach, I personally prefer kale). I felt that they could have added more avocado, tomato, and kale to the sandwich. I also had the energizer drink, which I really enjoyed.

amazing pub: it is a dog-friendly place, you can order and pay to table that very comfortable, very friendly service (like everything tastes, how dog makes, brought water and treats the dog.) Sports events: they can book a table for important games a week before, e.g. champion’s league final. there are many people near the bar, so make sure they know where they will sit (my photo below is from table 11) Speisekarte ansehen

This pub is amazing. It is dog-friendly and you can order and pay at your table, which is very comfortable. The service is very friendly and they even provide water and treats for your dog. You can easily book a table for important sports events, such as the Champion's League Finale, a week in advance. The bar area can get crowded, so make sure you know where to sit (I recommend Table 11, as shown in the photo below).

we had a nice meal in the swan and were well looked after by the friendly, helpful staff. we booked online, we went directly to our table after we first bought a few drinks from the bar. Eat was good, we had a sharer for beginners who had some delicious padron pepper, chorizo, huh and much more on. I tried the duck and ale cake to dinner, and it was deliciously full of meat, with beautiful, buttery mash and some greens and baby carrots on the side. others had the torte in the hole, fish cake and sink, egg and chips. all very tasty, no complaining at all. good drinks, good food, great service. would recommend.

"Prior to dinner, we were invited to Bar 45, by a “member,” and had a wonder pre-dinner wine experience. The Bar is elegant, and understated, with rather limited seating, in the bar area. We were seated at one of the bistro tables, beside the smallish bar. The décor is attractive, and a bit like a modern take on a “gentlemen’s club,” with a lot of more contemporary straight lines. It seems geared more to private functions, but does offer an abbreviated bar menu, “Rough CUTs” from the Wolfgang Puck CUT on-property. We were there only for the wines, so did not get to sample any of the food items. With two glasses of the Jean-Louis Chavy, Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Les Champs Gains”’14, a glass of Drappier, “Signature”, Blanc de Blancs NV Champagne, and a Ginger Beer on ice, in front of us, we found that the noise level was quite low, and some pre-dinner business could be easily conducted. The surfaces of the room appeared to absorb the noise from the other patrons very well, though it probably helped that most were speaking in rather hushed tones. The room just seems to make that appropriate. Our service was friendly, and efficient. Though probably geared more to cocktails, I was impressed by the wine list. As I found on almost the entirety of this visit, many more wine lists in London are adding some excellent USA wines. This has been both a change, and a surprise from most of our visits. Bar 45 was a prime example of this, with many very good, to excellent USA producers, even in the B-T-G selections, and then on their “bargain” list, called “CUT’s 60 Under 60,” with bottles at, or below £60 – a very nice touch. Over the years, our UK board members ask why I never order USA wines, and until now, my comment was always along the lines of “the USA wines, that find their way to London, are not ones, which I would serve, or drink. Also, the prices are far too high. I will serve USA wines, when we have you to my country, for the board meeting.” Well, the times, they are a changing, and Bar 45 is a prime example of how much. We will return, and maybe even explore those USA wines, but only for my UK board members, as I get those at “home,” but cannot get such lovely Montrachets there. We also want to return for the bar menu too."
