Always loads of choice, nice big sandwiches, quick service, good price. You just don't get sandwich places like this anymore so lap it up like a thirsty cat at milk time.

Fantastico, coronation chicken sandwich with salad in, first class bread, superb chicken and very fresh salad, absolutely loverly! What makes it even better is the very friendly nature and jovial crack of the staff!

Called in here yesterday for a takeaway lunch, ham salad baguette. Lovely fresh ham and plenty of it, with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, coleslaw and mayonnaise with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Husband had a savoury tuna baguette with all the salad. We were visiting Cockermouth for the day and decided to grab a sandwich for lunch. Julie's looked busy so we thought it must be good and went in.....what a choice of fillings! This has got to be one of the best sandwich shops that we have ever come across.....very tasty sandwiches and very nice staff...thanks.

This is a very popular sandwich shop, so if you go around lunchtime, be prepared to wait a few minutes. All rolls and sandwiches are freshly made and there's a huge choice of fillings. They also do soup and baked potatoes and a good range of cakes. The staff are lovely ! Unfortunately they are not open at the weekend.

Got two lovely brown baguettes with butter and generously filled. Added two scones and a tea and latte. Lovely tasty juicy halved baguettes, and refreshing drinks. The Staff were so pleasant and helpful. I first visited Julie’s nearly 30 years ago and I’ve never been disappointed in what I’ve bought.
