Kaspas Desserts - Speisekarte

I found a knife in my food no m&ms no bubblegum Ice cream we payed £35 I'm very dissatisfied and we didn't get cookie dough ice cream or white chocolate ice cream it took an hour to arrive

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and they even served a proper mug of tea. The only minor downside was that the restaurant was a bit cold.

Order delivered incomplete (like several paid for ingredients missing). Called and was hard to understand. Was told to call again. Have been calling back a few times for 30 mins no pickup anymore. Speisekarte ansehen

Ordered a home delivery, and it was excellent! Pancakes were warm and delicious, the ice cream was so light and was the perfect side to the main dessert. Fast delivery with no corners cut on standards.

Ordered two creps and two milkshakes took ages to make them people who walked in after us walked out with their food and drinks before us when our food did arrive it wasn’t wrapped up properly and everything was covered in caramel sauce and was so sticky it got all over my hands and clothes, feel mugged off the fact I spent money on such rubbish

The manager and staff were amazing! They were extremely accommodating to our group with physical disabilities and special needs. The restaurant is gorgeous with beautiful decor and ambiance, ample space, clean bathrooms, and the desserts are absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant - we have already returned for a second visit and plan to come back again in the future. Speisekarte ansehen

Absolutely rubbish service, no communication between staff or staff with the customers, forgot our ice cream, told me to “wait” with a lot of attitude then never came back, no smiles or apologies, waited in there for 40 minutes before I got my food and it was only a collection !!! Food is absolutely great but the service really does let the place down, everyone miserable. If you’re gonna go, expect to wait for ages.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered an Oreo crunch crepe but received a waffle instead. I politely pointed out the mistake, and they made the correct order for me. However, I overheard a woman who I assume is the manager, talking about me to the staff, falsely claiming that I had ordered a waffle. Despite this, she eventually brought me the crepe and placed it on the table without a word. I then overheard her making a snide remark about me, saying, "well I hope she's happy now she has her crepe." Needless to say, I will not be returning to Kaspas.

The family went to celebrate my grandson’s fifth birthday. After an hour and a half there was no sign of our order. My daughter suggested that they refunded our money and they started making it. I went to the counter after 10 minutes and it was on the side. I asked if that was our order and they said yes. I stood there while the staff photographed their creation and until they actually picked it up. When they started to carry it to the table the happy birthday song began but it lost its impact because the staff took so many selfies with it. It arrived eventually with candles unlit and the waitress gave us a lighter so we could light our own candles. What?? Never again. First and last visit.... Speisekarte ansehen
