"We spontaneously went here for dinner yesterday. Schnitzel and cordon bleu were OK in themselves. A little too lightly seasoned for our taste, but this could be remedied with salt and pepper. Unfortunately both were a bit dry, the cordon bleu wasn 't quite as bad thanks to the cheese. So ordered some ketchup. When we were asked about the food if everything was OK, we said it was a bit dry. I couldn 't believe what followed. The waitress 's reaction was completely inappropriate. The answer to our comment about the food was: It can 't be, it wasn 't fried at all, and it was also quite thick. Apparently, as a trained chef with 20 years of professional experience and over ten years as a kitchen manager, I took it upon myself to criticize the food too much. Unfortunately, the waitress ignored us for the rest of our stay, even though we were sitting right next to the counter. The colleague then came to cash when called."
