"I don’t know how it could happen, I didn’t think it ever could happen.. but thanks to KFC’s in Slough I have lost the will to live (drama queen I know, but it’s true). My family once used to so look forward to napping a Takeaway from KFC, but of late it’s just always so disappointing. No matter which one we go to, the food is horrible. Today we just had to throw it all in the bin! Over £40.00 spent and the family had toast for dinner!! The last push came from Farnham Road Drive Thru. The chicken was cold and hard The sides opened in the bag and spilt all over The fries Cold, Soggy (let’s be real, these “new” fries were to replace the “old soggy” fries. And they are horrible. Every time we have had them they have been soggy and wet and limp!! And we have been told “they just came out the fryer) on top of this I counted my fries in my meal today again. (Yes this is not a first time) A Large zinger meal had 10 fries in the box. TEN SMALL FRIES IN A LARGE MEAL! I think it’s time to make peace and say, thanks KFC for all the years of happiness you once gave us, but clearly those days are gone."

So nice to have you back. I'm sorry we took you for granted. Your chicken is finger licking good (sorry cover 19) the 1.5 hour wait, plus two police shut downs was worth it for a, fattening taste of normality.

Popped in with a friend last wednesday , We were so disappointed to find the floors were so dirty. Staff didnot bother to clean and brush the floors. A female staff even walked past the tables. Chips and empty glass and sauces were lying on the floor. Avoid

Very rude staff. I forgot my reading glasses at home so I went to the counter to order my meal however the staff member wouldn't serve me Was told to use the electronic booking system without my reading glasses couldn't place a order I walked out not any staff was borthed. STAY AWAY

Absolutely shocking. Not only did they forget my drink but the food was stone cold. Not just a little cold, stone cold. I called the delivery man straight away but he cut me off. Furthermore he delivered to another 3 addresses before he came to me, hit the wrong house also, so by the time I hit my food it was awful. Ended up making sandwich.

Asked for a meal without chips. Had to get into an argument with the staff because they said they cant do that. They are so terrified of deviating from the menu that asking for something left out was a chore The toilets had human waste on the floor The seats were covered in greasy finger prints and food waste all over the floor with around 8 tables occupied and no queue. The food was how you expect.

I can't believe the service I got from this store.i went in to buy food straight after school for my kids as they where going tutor's not long after.i get home and 3 orders had something missing either chips or wings or popcorn chicken for them.i rang to let them know,they lady straight told me no such order was made and when I asked for her to check the system and cctv she hung up and when I rang back she kept hanging up.I rang head office no help aswell.How much greed does one has to have to steal food from kids that has been paid for.

"We went for a pre booked meal.The table opposite was served starters and our drinks order was taken,The drinks took several tries to get it right. The cocktails tasted like gone off water and we were then told they were from a premixed draught pump! We eventually got to order.The table opposite had all 3 courses as we repeatedly asked when to expect our food.We didn’t receive answers at first then were told we were next. After waiting over an hour we asked again.We had already said how hungry and tired the children were and were then told it would be another 25 minutes.It was getting too late for the children to eat and we had no confidence we would ever get food. "I had visited the restaurant a few years ago and been disappointed, but everything was excellent this time. The service was very friendly and efficient. The food was served at the right moment and was very good quality. Bear in mind this is an excellent quality steak house and so there is little apart from steak on the menu (there was a chicken dish). The choice of wines was reasonably full and the wine we chose very good. The tables were placed far enough apart that one didn't feel cramped, despite the setting being like comfortable old pub style large lounge. Despite the warning on the booking site that you were only allocated one and a half hours per sitting, there was no pressure to hurry the meal I suggested this warning be removed from the booking site as it could put people off. Anyway, thoroughly recommended."

"Popped in today at 6pm with my dad, now I used to go to this restaurant with my dad, friends and family all the time and the two male waiters /bar tenders were fab. Today I showed up without a booking and there was only...one couple at the table. I asked if they could fit us in bearing in mind it was just about to be 6pm and they said they had no availability bearing in mind the restaurant was empty, they said if I had a reservation which I said I didn’t. Anyway we left, going outside I said to my dad that it was weird they never have treated me that way before so we quickly went online to book a table. What a coincidence there was a table available at 6:15 and 6:30pm for two people. Extremely disappointed and won’t be going back the girls attitudes were abysmal, pitty the waiter guy was at another table I bet he would have sat us down at a table straight away and welcomed us with a friendly smile like he always did. Won’t be going back and very very poor attitude and service from the 3 girls at the entrance and bar. I guess they didn’t fancy working today."

"It was my sons birthday we thought we would all go as a family. The staff was extremely rude when my husband was asking if any dish came with a teamed vegetables the staff dis not advise or guide as to what to order when the next table behind us asked the same question and they were helped because they were English white? We experienced racism in the staff. I mentioned to the staff I had an operation and had a tumour removed and told the staff I am unable to have any ice in my drinks the staff said we can not make virgin pinacolada without ice where I thought that they needed to crush the ice in the machine, I also mentioned that other restaurants do give me the sake drink without ice even if its a little less I am happy with that. Anyway thr drink came out and had lots of icecubes in the drink, I still told the staff I can't have it with ice. The staff was even more rude. I also asked for green Thai curry and was bought out red Thai curry.. The treatment we got as a family was very disgusting from the staff especially one member.he kept saying No to everything when we asked what did we need to order as an additional. I have always been going to this restaurant for years with friends, bit not happy that me and my husband were treated like we were not wanted there."
