The most digusting food i ever eaten in my life i will not be coming back here ever again. Please stay away from this place

**** food burnt fries under cooked chicken... rubbish... kfc close them down! And to Just Eat... do you not vet your restaurants??

We stopped at this restaurant on the way, but unfortunately experienced severe stomach pain and had to use the restroom three times. We have eaten at KFC in town without any issues, so this particular restaurant definitely needs improvement.

So slow !!!! Took like 40 mins to get a simple order of hot wings and on top of that they forgot my drink , the manager then accuses me of already finishing my drink before I could inform them , food was alright although they could do much better considering the location

I recommend visiting this restaurant once or twice every two weeks. The service is always quick and efficient, and I have never had any problems with my food. I am puzzled by the low ratings it has received. While it can get busy in the evenings, this is to be expected since it is a small KFC location.

The food at this restaurant was very disappointing. The Big Daddy meal was thrown in a bag instead of a box, and the gravy was oily and disgusting. The fries were cold and overall, I was not impressed. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment. This experience has given me a bad impression of the entire company.

I ask through the app for my partner to pick him up on his way home from work. He had to wait a few minutes for the prepaid order, but it was fine. When I brought him home and started opening my burger box, I was surprised to see my burger without the top of the bread. I had also asked for a krusham, but since they had none, they had sent me a coke instead, but not to mention a refund for the difference. Very upset because I was anxious for my kfc after my 3-hour journey back from Norfolk today.

Most of order missing on return homeWhat was there was burned and inedibleRang to ask could we come back and collect the missing items and get edible chicken- was laughed at and told he would be eating my food instead. They didn't give a receipt as this was down to their Covid protocol yet when I asked for a refund they laughed that I didn't have a receipt.Will never use this abhorrent place again. With new chicken restaurants opening all the time, I hope they lose their franchise as soon as possible

I visited here tonight. As we enjoy a KFC from time to time, but I have never been here.I will not be here again either.I was told 3 times that chicken is not being cooked right now, it will be 10 minutes. As you can guess, 30 minutes passed and no food. Were there at least 12 orders on the screen and talking to others had said the same thing?The fries were too cooked. Dig Daddy Burger looked more like road death. The drink must have evaporated due to the waiting time as the cup was full only 3/4. I was not impressed at all.I will not be there in a hurry again.
