"Went through the drive-through last night, asked for a Regular Popcorn Chicken Meal, when I was asked what drink I would like, I asked to change the drink to a cappuccino, which they accepted. When I got to the window I was then told that the coffee machine isn't working. Then when I was given the food, I asked the same man when the coffee machine will be fixed at that point he said that the coffee machine is being cleaned, so he was blatantly lying to begin with. I highlighted that he initially said the machine was broken. My first issue is the lie but my second issue is the fact that the machine was being cleaned at 22:15 when they weren't due to close until 00:00. I could understand cleaning the machine at 23:00 but definitely not 22:15. My third issue is that that food wasn't as warm as it should be."

I have been a regular at this restaurant since it got a new manager, and I have always been impressed with the friendly staff. The manager is fantastic and has the team working to a high standard. The restaurant has a large car park with disabled parking, as well as level access doors for wheelchair accessibility. They also have a disabled toilet available. I usually dine in for lunch, and I have never had any complaints about the service. Highly recommend!
