First of all, the food is amazing. Let me preface with that so you know the 2-stars is for the service, not the food. I loved the burger I got, and so did my husband. We also loved the homemade chips! Oh and just FYI, they always do their burgers rare, so just ask for it medium if you 'd prefer (that 's what we did). However, we waited forever for our food, especially since they label themselves on google as fast food. We literally waited an hour for our burgers, even though there weren 't very many people inside. Also they served tables before ours, tables who had gotten there 15 minutes after us. Hence the 2 stars.
