We were in the center of Perugia, and once we found this excellent shop we ate a sandwich with excellent cured meats and a good Sangiovese to accompany. Porchetta sandwich only on Thursdays. Amazing, tiny place. I cannot recommend this place enough. The sandwiches we top quality. The guy was so nice. Not really a place to sit down and eat but the piazza is a very short walk so that didn’t matter to us. The prices are great. I can’t wait to go back to Perugia mainly for a sandwich!!! We had lunch here with my partner, excellent products from cold cuts to cheeses and also the truly excellent wine, the icing on the cake was Cristian the guy who served us, friendly, helpful and professional in explaining the products!
