typical Umbrian cuisine in this characteristic restaurant-tractor at the gates of orvieto. excellent the first, in particular charcoal and truffle umbrichelli and gluten-free dishes. the sweets of the house.

The cheese plate we ordered was arguably the worst we've ever had. Of the 4 cheeses, the two goat cheeses (which seemed to be the same, just with two different coatings of red pepper flakes and pistachio respectively) were very bland but edible, but the other two cheeses were disgusting. Especially one hard cheese that was spongy and pliable. The pasta dishes we received next were very good however. For dessert we ordered tiramisu and while it was tasty, it was very cold, seemingly recently thawed out from being frozen rather than being freshly made. Our server was very nice but was apparently sick with a cold and we didn't realize this until about halfway through our meal when she was cough... Speisekarte ansehen
