"I realy don't understand the good recommendations. Been here multiple times now since i thought everybody can have a bad day. Short: dirty glasses on table (i mean really dirty. You clean the yourself before pouring anything in) food took 2.5 hours food came not at once but each person and different time no staff service after order 1 drink for you thats it. During our dinner there were multiple guests which just left do to the long waiting time for drinks food and staff at all. We waited around 1 hour before we got 1 appetizers plate and another 1.5h for our actual food, which was cold when delivered. Dont get me wrong, the fish tastes good but that's it. If you ordered 1 drink at the beginning you wont see any waiter to ask for more until you get your food. Considering that took them each time at least 1 hour service is terrible. They are very friendly but slow and understaffed. I will not come again since i dont think 3 hours for a dinner is appropriate when i leave with a half empty stomach, cold food in my belly and a rage in my chest due to the same experience over and over. 2 stars for decent fish but thats it."

"Quando si entra Al Solito Posto, si trova un'atmosfera familiare. La cucina è ottima e Elena ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso. I dolci poi sono uno dei tanti punti di forza presenti nel menù vietata la prova bilancia). Per chi come me ama la pizza, ci sono tante possibilità di scelta anche per l'impasto. Io rimango fedele alla Tris pizza alle verdure grigliate). Elena ha saputo abbinare gusto e raffinatezza, niente è lasciato al caso. Per una serata tra amici, oppure per festeggiate un avvenimento importante io scelgo, Al Solito Posto."

"amazing place!!! Ideal for spending a carefree day. Super nice and friendly waiters (especially Giovanni) as well as the very nice Ciro. We had a pinsa which in my opinion was fantastic and the prices are exclusive especially considering the amazing place next to the lake"

Revengeable seconds. discreet desserts. excellent wine card. professionalism, friendliness and availability by all the staff. report quality interesting price. to try. small considerations: a small break between appetizers and seconds would have been appreciated, in a room of this level I expect the homemade bread in the overall positive evening. "We arrived at 9pm to have a nice and relaxed dinner. We were really looking forward to as the restaurant was our favourite one in the past years already. However, such a kind of unfriendlyness and arrogance we experienced today, I have never faced in any restaurant in the world before. We entered the terrace as usual waiting to be seated. There were several free tables. Very quickly a taller blond waitress arrived. We friendly said Hello and asked for a table for two. She was just looking at us or better saying it was a kind of inspecting us and without saying a word and re-checking for availibility of a free table she refused us with a simple No and disappeared without any further explanation. Really, we were speachless. We were dressed for dinner, asked friendly for a table and were treated that disrespectful und unfriendly. Unbelievable!"
