A great place to have real Egyptian food with oriental decoration and Egyptian music . Food is real simple food and people are friendly . 10 euros per person .recommended .

Delicious meze and grilled chicken... And fresh mango juice and mint tea... best value meal we had in France. Really friendly and lovely atmosphere when we visited for lunch - 10mim walk from the station.

My fiancé stumbled on this on google and it was on my list on trip advisor. They're a little hidden but definitely worth the visit! You don't think of going to France and trying middle eastern food, but we're glad we did. Speisekarte ansehen

We ate lunch here and had a delicious meze plate, followed by a selection of desserts and mint tea. Couldn't have been better! The ambiance was light and pleasant and the service good. We had to share a table as we arrived at a busy time, but we didn't mind that.

I was lucky to find this place for launch..... The atmosphere is magical people are so nice.... and the food is amazing... I felt I was back to Cairo... if you are around don't hesitate to go and c. They have wonderful outdoor terras on top... soo beautiful :) and sahha

Meze were ok even though the taste was not so great. Main dishes were extra cooked and a bit overpriced in our opinion. Generally speaking food was acceptable but what couldn't happen is to have two mice next to us in the terrace for most of the time spent there. We were really disgusted. Speisekarte ansehen

The service was okay. We really loved the “Amuse Bouche” and our Entre, Houmous with amazing homemade bread. Unfortunately our main dish, crabs with rice for 17€ was really overpriced. The dish was plain and the crabs were overcooked. All in all you could go there and maybe give an other dish a try.

On our first night in Marseille, my husband and I were wandering around trying to locate a restaurant. We couldn't find the street that we were to turn on, and after asking a number of people who were unable to help us, Agnes, the co-owner of Nour D'Egypte was kind enough to stop and assist. We didn't make it to the place we were looking for. Agnes told us that she had a restaurant that was just a block away from where we were. So we went to Nour D'Egypte instead. We were not disappointed. The dinner was wonderful, with her assistance, we tried a sampling of many of the items on the menu. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for brunch on Sunday.
