La Dolce Vita - Speisekarte

This was my 'go to ' when I lived in the area and still my 'go to ' whenever I visit.Although it is once in a while these days I am amazed that staff still remember me and as always the food is spot on.Cannot fault it.

A true gem! After visiting Luton for a number of years while traveling abroad and continually asking was there an Italian restaurant? Eventual discovered this absolute gem. Quality genuine Italian dishes and wines at very competitive prices.

Me and my husband went here for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. My nail technician recommended this restaurant having I just moved to Luton a year ago. The pasta was absolutely delicious and so was their pizzas. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen

During the final week of the 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme, we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the delicious food. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

I visited La Dolce Vita for dinner when my sister came to visit a few weekends ago and had forgotten how good this place really is!⠀⠀I had the Spaghetti Marinara and the flavours were to die for! Sitting in the garden area is always a must too, even in the cold rain it feels like you're on holiday! ⠀⠀

I visited the restaurant with some work colleagues for lunch and was disappointed with my choice of dishes including being charged service charge. My minestrone soup was basic and served with dry toast with no butter offered as a choice and my spaghetti bolognaise was way too rich/tomatoey, so I left the majority of the bolognaise and ate the spaghetti. This restaurant is one of my favorite spots in the area. The lunch menu prices are very affordable, making it a perfect choice for lunch or dinner. The restaurant has a beautiful conservatory at the back and a dimly lit section, making it ideal for a quiet meal with your partner or for dining with friends. The food is fantastic for the price, and the service is excellent. One minor issue is that they could improve their non-alcoholic drink options and expand their dessert menu slightly.

I’m struggling here.. the waitresses are nice and polite, but the experience is amateur, in fact I am not sure there is an Italian in the house. Sat near kitchen I heard and saw several nationalities but not sure if the man leading cooking was Italian. That may explain... this is fairly average British style Italian. Starter of cold meat was Lidl/Aldi, pack opened over pre pack sale leaves, add olive oil and ... an Italian starter!!Mains was huge Carbonara with garlic bread average/ good taste.Service charge included , sorry no where near what is required. This restaurant is fantastic! I have dined here multiple times, both before and after the lockdown, during my lunch hour, in the evening with my partner (who particularly enjoys the sea bass), with my Mum, and with one of my best friends. I always order the spaghetti with extra chillis and raw onion, which is absolutely divine and prepared just the way we like it. My Mum, who is a great cook herself, also loves the food here, and we are planning to return with a larger family group once the lockdown is lifted. The manager is amazing and makes us feel welcome, a true gentlemen. The only issue I have is that the waitresses can take quite a while to bring the bill and collect payment, showing a...
