"We spent two weeks in Finale Ligure and went to La Grotta nearly everyday and tried many, many different dishes on the menu (Pizza, pasta, seafood, meat) and each dish tasted good or great. Of course, there may be restaurants better suited for individual dishes, but for the prices asked for, one cannot desire more. The food always arrived fast, but still tasted homemade. Each extra wish (ice, dish modifications, extra child seat, changing table) was met without hesitation."

The location is very nice. we took two appetizers of the house, arrived immediately, pumpkin pancakes, Russian salad, bruschette, grilled eggplants, a first, trophies to the pesto, a second, rabbit, we paid euro, does not take credit cards.

Ambiente molto ampio, luminoso, bello. Pizze senza infamia nè gloria. Prezzi nella media. Certo è che se tentassro di distinguersi nella bontà della pizza, farebbero la differenza in mezzo alla serie di pizzerie che si susseguono sul viale delle palme. Auguri!

Frequentavo questa trattoria sin da piccola durante le mie vacanze liguri, il ritorno dopo anni non ha smentito il ricordo dei sapori di quei tempi, gestita alla perfezione da personale competente, ottimi gli antipasti e i dolci, semplicità in mezzo alla natura!

Lontano dalla folla della costa , ma comunque ad un tiro di schioppo , c’è questa trattoria davvero carina ! La vista e’ il contorno per una cena in cui troverete cucina casalinga ,accoglienza genuina . La proprietaria ,signora super simpatica ! Ci vediamo presto !

we ate last Saturday at the trattoria the cave and for my husband's birthday and booked the enchanted room. He seemed to get into a fairy tale! the place is full of lights, furnished very well, it really seems to eat under the stars! very nice staff and an amazing kindness! delicious cuisine! only neo....but this is true for all trattorias and restaurants in the area, they don't have the ATM and if a person doesn't know it, it can really be a problem
