"Location was excellent with a great ambience. However our food was not worthy of the price charged. My fish had so many bones, that I just stopped eating it and it was flavorless. My husbands dinner was bland. No one ever checked on us, nor offered bread or water. We were basically ignored by the staff and finally had to wave someone down to ask for dessert. However, the tiramisu was AMAZING and it helped our feelings toward the experience a small bit. We would not recommend this restaurant and would never go back. Finally to pay, we had to go to the register and ask for our check. They seemed to care very little about small tables that were not locals."

never ate a first of ravioli full of lava and seasoned with melted butter, thyme and lemon grated so good. cozy environment, magnificent lake view and for the true connoisseurs of pine oil on the table. We'll be back.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The service was good accommodating . I had flank steak and my spouse had the tuna . Both were excellent. Ate outside and enjoyed view of Lake . The only negative is that the restaurant is located on road . Mangia tutti ! Speisekarte ansehen

Amazing experience at La Locanda del Cantiere! The small botique hotel experience was much more pleasant than a large hotel, and it was in a beautiful area with many things to do nearby. Very helpful that it has on-site parking to not have to worry about finding a space. Breakfast was also a step above the average continental breakfast served at hotels in the area, with a very good selection of fruits. Despite some construction in the area it was still quiet enough for our standards and the view was still great!

We went here for dinner on our last evening in Italy. We had already been for a light snack and drinks during lunchtime another time and the food was amazing even though it was only a snack. We were a group of 5 and we all had a starter, main and dessert. The staff were extremely attentive and the view is fabulous. I had fish ravioli followed by tuna. My partner had the steak for main course and it was cooked just how he liked it. We all had tiramisu for dessert and it was our favourite tiramisu during our holiday. The food is very well presented. The portions are just right and the flavours are so well thought out. Would definitely recommend!!
