I've been coming to Calabria on holiday for many years and every year we try a new restaurant but unfortunately we can't eat well, ever! This time we decided to eat at Lumera after reading the many positive reviews on both Tripadvisor and Google, we trusted and we were wrong. Positive note: the friendliness of the waitress and the price Negative notes: the sloppiness of the place, the limited menu and the quality of the products. We decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant, we started with the house starter, which turned out to be very good, especially the pickles and cold cuts. As a first course, we ordered the fresh homemade pasta with tomato sauce, porcini mushrooms and sausage and it was a pleasant surprise that left us very satisfied. But what really struck us were the black pork ribs with red fruit reduction: a spectacle for the palate that we cannot help but highly recommend! The flavor combination and preparation were simply outstanding. This dish was a true triumph for the kitchen.
