"I came here on recommendation. It is located in a very nice and well-kept alley, it also has an outdoor garden in which I had dinner. I was immediately struck by the menu and the environment. I tried the breaded sweetbreads, which were delicious, and the donkey stew with polenta and mashed potatoes. They have many traditional Brescian dishes. It is well suited for family dinners, couples or business dinners. I recommend it as it was recommended to me!"

"What can be said? It 's been a while since I wrote a review because it simply wasn 't worth it. But for Al Maló it 's definitely worth it. The environment is cared for in every detail, the mirrored ceiling, the marble tables, the wallpaper with the ruling monkeys, the cutlery, everything is harmonious and contributes to giving character to the place. The service is simply first class. From the owners to the staff they are all highly trained, efficient and very helpful. The ability to have managed to make a much sought after environment and service familiar is a plus that cannot be ignored. The selection of wines is complete, of high quality, it is difficult not to find something to your taste and impossible not to find the right subscription, especially by getting advice. The courses offered are absolutely refined, both in presentation and in ingredients, but always with the aim of achieving maximum harmony and never with the sole aim of appearing. High quality raw materials treated with skill. The barbecue beetroot deserves a special mention, a real pleasure first for the visit, then for the sense of smell and finally for the taste, congratulations. Absolutely recommended to book in advance."

"Esperienza indubbiamente interessante. Ambiente caratteristico, composto da vari spazi, particolari, anche piuttosto eterogenei e diversi fra loro e, oserei dire, anche suggestivi, soprattutto nella bella stagione, all'aperto e di sera. A me e' capitato di essere lì a cenare, su invito di parenti (per cui non posso ovviamente accennare ai prezzi), ma abbiamo potuto trovare ugualmente una sistemazione, pur non avendo prenotato, grazie al cortese interessamento del titolare, persona gentile e alla mano.I piatti consigliatici hanno rispettato appieno le descrizioni e le aspettative e così pure i vini e quant'altro: veramente ottimi e di un certo livello. Il personale, seppur giovane, mi ha colpito particolarmente, per come si poneva, con garbo, maestria e professionalità. Grande e comodo il parcheggio, raggiungendo il quale, si potevano nuovamente ammirare le varie luci ed ombre e colori notturni che i vari spazi ancora offrivano."

"On top of delicious food, wine and ambiance...the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. A long story short but getting around the region without a car is tricky as taxis are not abundant. After a day of exploring Lake Iseo, we had reservations for dinner at Quattro Rose. Because of the precarious transportation, we landed at the restaurant an hour early, 5 minutes before the restaurant even opened. As we discussed our options for how to spend our next hour, one of the waiters, Jeremy, noticed us outside the gate and invited us in. Gratefully, we entered to a beautiful courtyard filled with tables, colorful glasses and intriguing artwork and decorations. Jeremy invited us down to their wine cellar and provided recommendations as we picked our wines for the night. As the evening progressed, we enjoyed courses of fresh, vibrant cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. During our meal, we asked Jeremy if he could help us schedule a taxi for later in the evening. He returned towards the end of of meal with no success as there were no taxis available in the area. He suggested that if we didn't mind waiting, he or a colleague would drive us back to our accommodations when they finished their shift. He went above and beyond making us feel welcome the rest of the evening bringing us more desserts and of course, more wine. I believe we ended up being at the restaurant for about four pleasurable hours and were driven home by none other than the owner. Thank you to everyone at Quattro Rose for not only providing delicious, authentic cuisine but for giving us an Italian hospitality experience that we will never forget."

"La location è carina ed il servizio veloce e cortese. Purtroppo la pizza, pur essendo molto ben farcita, non aveva la solita croccantezza ed era in molte parti bruciacchiata, al punto da rendere amaro il boccone, anche se il grosso ovviamente l’ho tolto. Causa qs “inconveniente” il rapporto qualità/prezzo è appena sufficiente."
