La Patronne - Speisekarte

A place a little away from the city center but which offers a pleasant atmosphere and almost as at home with books and chairs available. Simple but good dishes to discover!

In the heart of the old lilac, this restaurant is also a place of life where you can simply share some local mousses. it reigns a relaxed atmosphere and it is very easy to start conversations with its table neighbours. The kitchen is simple, fruit of the ideas of Agnes that can well accommodate traditional dishes.

Well, a nice discovery that this bar/bistrot! Anciently the coffee books, La Patronne is located rue des butchers and offers a cozy and warm place, with a terrace in front and a small patio in the back, too pleasant! The service is very friendly, beautiful map of less classic beers than elsewhere, the pint at 5€, small restoration available (we did not taste. The boss is welcoming, we had an anti-theft bike that we could hang on to the server. A place that really wins to be known, that I recommend and I will especially come back soon!

I love this address, full of books, cozy, with a discreet soundtrack, often jazzy. The manager is very friendly, frank and whole, we hang or not: The place is ideal to read and drink a beer from the Raven in pressure. Good to know, their little terrace is sunny all day, the courtyard is very cute and has the merit to exist: We feel like we're at an old bookseller, books everywhere! We can also exchange and buy occaz books at very low prices, rent them... An obligated stop if you pass through the rue des Bouchers, ideal to discuss a little or to sit in a nice place where sweat the love of the books.

A little hard to understand why this bar is so little known. The Patronne is a super cabbage bar, with a friendly and authentic lady who serves us very good beers (Gulden Draak, Beer of the Raven... in a warm setting with a large library and board games! I sometimes go with friends, but more often alone, to write. It is one of the few bars where it is not badly seen to come alone, either to read, to write like me, or to sit at the counter and chat with the owner of the bar. The price of beer is not very competitive but correct (especially for old-Lille and the choice is wide. To test the eyes closed!

This bar has everything to be nice: a very extensive beverage card with lots of beer, iish coffee, smoothies and even beer-based cocktails, proposals to eat on site that look simple but that do not remain very appetizing, from the board games made available for free, a cute little courtyard, a place to crockery rue des Bouchers with a small terrace on the sidewalk. If I had to raise a few negative points, I would say that there is a lack of music in the courtyard (it is really quiet and that there was no one when I went there with some friends, which can cool the mood a little. Besides that the manager is really very nice. So I will come back with pleasure to see if I had fallen at a bad tim...

Formerly the Café-book, this place has renamed itself, La Patronne, but it's still the same manager in charge! I really like this place for its very warm side with the sized light, the shelves filled with books here and there, as well as the corner fitted with the chairs and sofa. I love this place also by this richness of language club activities, reading but also concert, but also for the studious atmosphere that there can be on Saturday night. Some guests, come alone or in a group to work, draw by sipping a glass of wine, beer or by snacking the small aperos snacks offered by the place. A restaurant is offered, I haven't had the chance to taste it yet but the formulas look frankly friendl...

What to say except that I love this place nestled in a nice little place between old lilies and downtown.... This bar brewery bookstore (usual) is one of these places on which you fall by chance, but in which you come back with desire, haste and pleasure.... As its name suggests the patron saint welcomes you with smiles, attentions, jokes and friendliness.... Without chichis... The furniture is lined and in no way resembles the numerous bars surrounding the various pages of shops deco... Don't be insulted. Here you will find many beers to the bottle, and to the pressure... Beers you won't find everywhere... Diet level here you can eat for cheap... a real dish or planks to share everything is...

The Patronne was tired of having her coffee for a great concept and therefore chose her new name accurately! Paintings remade, libraries rowed differently, a well-eached card with hot homemade drinks (e.g. chocolate), wines, new beers in bottles and shooter, alcohols and grogs should satisfy all your desires! So it's a bar above all, or you can book, work, papot and play board games. The Patrone has character and knows how to welcome her visitors, she is frank and does not chew her words. Good listener, be yourself and it will. The place always lends itself as much for: a solo break with a good book or finish a quiet work and then enjoy a good beer with your friends who will extract you from...
