"What a shame. I’ve been here a few times now and whilst the surroundings are great and the place is really busy, it just is not consistent enough. Firstly they appear to be celebrating their popularity just a little too much, they seem to delight in turning people away because they are busy. Trouble is, I’ve seen them do this to one couple and then accomodate another just a few minutes later. How hard is it to say “nothing free now, wait here and we will accomodate you when we can”? They seem to have the same consistency with phone reservations. A no one minute and a yes a few hours later. The food? Ah yes. Again, a great pizza last week, this week three sloppy and slightly burned (bad) ultra thin (good) pizzas. The delivered pizzas were not quite what we ordered (and we are Italian, so no trouble with the language) but we just could not face sending them back. You just can’t be certain you are going to have a great meal. All in all, they need to up their game. On a good day this is a five star place, on a bad day you just wish you had gone somewhere else. Judge for yourself, if it’s still busy in six months you will know they hit the sweet spot."

"I lived in the suite for almost 10 months with my family so we were in 4. new structure, convenience for the bar restaurant on the ground floor, in the 200 meters around the residence there is bank, oven, fruit and vegetables, butcher, hairdressers, tobacco, newsstand, cosmetics, conad 500 m and its distributor. less than 1 km from the ring road and 10 minutes from the centre of modena. weak points: the suite has bedrooms without closets, to walk in it you have to bend because they develop up to about 1m height, the beds are very uncomfortable. in the bathroom there are only two drawers, in the dining room there is only a small medium wardrobe with 4 doors, the kitchen stove is 30 cm x 50 cm with a sink to a small bathtub. I struggled to cook because you can only smell small pots and in 4 is sacrificed. the suite did not find it at my cleaning standards, beautiful terrace with wonderful countryside views and wonderful sunsets 12 months a year, but unfortunately always full of smell of the drains of the restaurant kitchen. the structure is new, but the finishes are modest, it is convenient for both heating in winter and cooling in summer. the residence formula is comfortable because in the rental costs are included utilities. I recommend entering well in the bedrooms, look well stove top and sink, small refrigerator and freezer, look well the bathroom for the esteem of the spaces. "Sono stata invitata a pranzo con i miei colleghi presso il ristorante La Bertola. Per me era la prima volta che visitavo questo locale. Il locale è situato su una strada molto trafficata, soprattutto all'ora di pranzo. Non c'era un gran parcheggio per cui abbiamo parcheggiato direttamente laterale, Con non poca difficoltà per attraversare. Entrati nel locale, seguendo il corridoio che ti portava direttamente nell'area accettazione sia per il ristorante che per l'hotel. Il servizio è stato impeccabile soprattutto quando c'è stato un misunderstanding tra due miei colleghi. Avevano preparato un tavolo per 6 ma eravamo in 10. Abbiamo preso direttamente i piatti dal menù alla carta. Tutti i piatti molto buoni. Dai primi ai secondi e devo dire che non sono niente male anche i dolci. La pasta è prodotta direttamente da loro. È reale pasta fresca non confezionata. In merito all' hotel non posso indicare nulla poiché sono stata solo per il pranzo. Non ho capito però se per passare nelle stanze dell'Hotel usare la stessa entrata che porta al ristorante o c'è un secondo accesso. Il ristorante lo consiglio."
