This restaurant offer delicious menus, with a reasonable price. The meal is very fresh and very good cooked. After your lunch, don't forget to visit the mill.

jubilee meal. dined al fresco on the terrace. tasty and fabulous amuse bouche. lobster and beetroot salat and rabbit terrine with foie gras starter. dee breast for porn. dessert was a piece of art strawberry milfeuille, and of course some local cheese. A local white wine, a little sweeter than we would normally drink, but it was perfect. the service was attentive and they let us speak French, probably quite bad. the place was full and dizzy. they turned the people away, so book them at a weekend.

We are four couples traveling together and we had left Grez-Neuville on our two canal boats a little after 5 pm for the 2 1/2 hour trip up the Mayenne. Tying up at Chenille-Change was a little difficult due to the strong current, we were...ready to have several glasses of the wine bought the day before! We called to delay our reservation, no problem. They had a beautiful table for eight set up with a serene vie of t he garden and river. Being the end of May it was light until well after 10pm. Again we tried virtually everything on the menu, and all were very good and some even sublime. The service was very good and friendly although we sometimes had to remind them to pour more wine

We turned up unannounced with sixteen people that quickly turned to ten when some of our party saw the price. The staff had tried to set up the table and seemed a little annoyed at the reduction. However once seated and we tried our rudimentary...French they brought out a superb fixed menu for all that included a lovely mackerel starter, duck under mash potato and lovely chocolate dessert. This after a lovely taster dish of goats cheese and cream of courgette. The meal seemed a little pricey at first at €25 per head but with a generous discount for the kids and the quality of the food it was well worth it.
