Very nice and very tasty, but not enough food given if you’re a fat man that can eat good…

Disappointing for a five star hotel. Main fish course was cold, undercooked and lacked seasoning. Disinterested drinks service.

What a beautiful hotel in Avignon! the setting, the reception and the quality of the menus, the beautiful terrace in the summer and the piano bar in the winter, close to the city center, a real pleasure to find it!

Whoa, whoa, whoa. But, the restaurant of this hotel the fountain is a slaughter. One of my best gastros. What a talent, but a suprise of taste. It is a delight to each dish, a reve of softness and intense quality to the extreme. only happiness.

Soirée inoubliable Dîner dans une cour , sous un platane , près d une fontaine , la magie des lieux opère . Nous sommes parfaitement conseillés par la serveuse et le sommelier et nous profitons pleinement d un repas sublime . L amuse bouche à là poulpe est tout simplement délicieux . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

We were in a couple for a dinner in love and how happy we chose the old fountain. The saying reminds us that it is in the old pots that you make the right soup and there, the soup is excellent, the pascal chef treats us taste buds with his kitchen made of regional products with creative imagination. It was a magical moment thanks also to the quality and smile of the marie service. an absolutely recommendable table.

a dream stay in a mythical hotel I dreamed of since adolescence. We were overclassed, without asking anything, in a room with terrace. little appetite in the evening: we were able to share a simple soup (excellent) and a plate of cheeses at the bar, in a fiery atmosphere and accomplice with the bartender. Simple breakfast, which would gain to be enriched with homemade pastries. the staff is very attentive and professional. We'll be back there for sure...

the setting of this restaurant is located in the middle of the city, close to the ramparts, in a quiet area, sheltered by a magnificent plane tree. We spent a very beautiful evening, I will hold this sublime piece of bull, the sorbet of the chef and the perfect agreements between land and sea. We have been regaled, the kitchen is of great finesse, and has the image of a pyramid, ascends to power throughout the meal after a departure while falling again. a beautiful discovery and a well-deserved star!
