"We had the tea time menu and felt like there was far too many sweets and not enough savory items. It is very confusing to check-in when you have a reservation. There is an extremely long line at the door so there no clear direction where you should go. I flagged someone down to assist and they were nice enough to escort us in. The most disappointing thing was the seating. They led us upstairs to a table right next to the elevator and close to the toilets. It smelled so badly that it was quite hard to enjoy any of our food. Plus the fact that they seated all persons of color upstairs and all persons who were blonde hair blue eyes downstairs and on the patio. Will not dine there again. Fortnum Mason in London was far superior. Love Ladauree macaroons, but will not continue to patronize the brand after today."
