The ambience was good. But they served me Non veg Sandwiches instead of Veg Sandwiches. I got super upset but these were kids, so no point spoiling time n effort Bad service

The service at this restaurant was terrible, very slow. The sandwiches were not good, but the scones were tasty. However, everything else in the afternoon selection was disappointing, including the cold tea that was barely brewed.

I would not go back to this hotel for afternoon tea and I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, unfortunately. My friend and I were let down. The scones were good, but we were shocked to find a piece of tissue paper in one of the sandwiches.

jules was an excellent server during our afternoon in the royal lancaster hotel on Saturday. he was beautiful, polite and attentive to our needs during the meal. he ensured that our teetassen were always full and that our tellers were always cleaned in time. Moreover, he was very knowledgeable about the menu and could recommend the perfect tee to add our meal. overall jules has made our afternoon tea experience in the royal lancaster hotel to remember and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great service.
