Restaurant identique mais "surprise" changement de propriétaire.Hélas pas que: Nourriture fade ou très salée Poisson surgelé (loup). Viande pas très fraîche (onglet). I have come several times in this restaurant for festive or professional meals, and the quality of the service and the dishes that have been offered to us has always been at the rendezvous. I also ordered smoked salmon last year for year-end parties. it is smoky on site, and it is certainly more expensive than what is on a large surface, but taste and texture have nothing to see. all my guests have been regaled. If I didn't put a fifth star, it's just for the cartier. A detail we forget fast!
