First of all I wanted to thank the Chef very much and are equipped for this unforgettable evening that will remain as one of my most beautiful experience in a gourmet restaurant! The dishes are not hot enough, the beef cut to the sabre is only fumistry, it is cut to the Opinel is served with the sabre,nuance. Beef wasn't very tender.
