"The restaurant manager for lunch was miserable and unfriendly; sat us on a table and left us, no smile, no enjoy; however Abdul saved the day; he couldn't have been more helpful. You have an amazing asset in Abdul I couldn't have asked for more. In advance of lunch I bumped into Abdul in the foyer as I was looking lost he asked if i needed help it was at this point I said I needed to book for dinner. He didn't just point me in the direction but escorted me where I needed to go and waited until I was being seen. Without Abdul you would have had a complaint from me about the afternoon; however as it was he was truly amazing and i could not have asked for more of him; however his colleagues need to take a leaf out of his book. If customer service isn't their forte then they should not be in the hospitality business"

We were both pleased with our meals, and the service was excellent—staff were very friendly, thank you! However, the fries were a bit cold.

I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The food took an excessively long time to prepare, and we ended up waiting until the end of our meal for our drinks. We were served by at least three different waitresses, none of whom seemed to keep track of our order. The entire experience was quite terrible, and we ultimately decided to cancel our dessert and take it to our room. I feel like my time and money were completely wasted.

We were initially charged for our meal because the restaurant was quite busy and we didn’t have a reservation. However, we did have a confirmed booking through OpenTable. After returning 15 minutes later, we were offered a table, but we were told there would be a long wait for our food due to the crowd. Interestingly, based on our observation, it didn’t seem overly busy. I can’t help but wonder if the maitre d’ was influenced by our casual attire of jeans and t-shirts.

We were initially turned away because the restaurant claimed they were very busy and that we didn’t have a reservation. However, we made a booking through Open Table, which was confirmed, and returned 15 minutes later. We were then offered a table, but we were informed that there would be a long wait for food due to the restaurant being busy. Interestingly, it didn’t appear to be overly packed from where we stood at the reception. I can't help but wonder if the Maitre D was put off by our casual attire of jeans and T-shirts.
