"Subject: the Casabianca for about 10 years (coming from Rome I certainly did not go there every week but at least a couple of times a year I had the pleasure to have lunch there with family and friends, and I was always satisfied. Until today. Arrival and known change of management. Okay, so far, nothing bad, let's see how it goes. I find a general lower quality of dishes, no eclatante but it was better. The worst surprise, however, I find it in the account. I had ordered truffle cutters, 13 euros with asterisk, read the asterisk and I find it written that the price could vary depending on the market. Okay, I'm telling you, if I can't find any other mini post-it indication with the new price and the waitres doesn't tell me anything, the price will be that. The cutters have little dusted truffles, and the sauce nothing much. I'll tell you, they were much better before, but they're feedable. In the account I find first 18 euros, I ask why to two waiters and I am answered is the pasta with truffle . I have read the post, but I certainly did not expect 5 euros of difference! , and the answer was eh but in this period the truffle costs so much. At that point, I'm not so angry. Of course I would have expected to be warned, to decide whether to take the cutters to 18 euros instead of 13. So he really knows about it. I'm sorry after so many years, but I can't bear these things, honesty and clarity come first. Never again."

"Appena entrati Il titolare, il Sig.Nando, ci fa visitare la sua Cantina (con la C maiuscola). Vini di ogni annata, di tutte le fasce di prezzo…abbiamo optato per Mazzamurello di Torre dei Beati 2017, ma siamo rimasti per una buona mezz’ora ad esplorare le etichette del secolo scorso…arrivati a tavola iniziamo subito con un carpaccio di ovuli, delizioso…per poi proseguire con gli gnocchi di patate fatti a mano dalla sig.ra Concetta al ragù di cinghiale (la parte pregiata del cosciotto selezionato)…ma che dire della favolosa grigliata mista e del filetto alla brace?! Dai piatti semplici si percepisce l’attenzione maniacale alla qualità della materia prima. A seguire un Parrozzo delizioso ed un tiramisù spumeggiante! Servizio cortese e gentile ma soprattutto socievole, ci siamo sentiti a casa."

"Un bellissimo ristorante, uno staff competente e celere ma riguardo il cibo non proprio soddisfacente. Una cucina tutto sommato normale ma niente di speciale se non per alcune eccezioni, Basandomi su un ordine di una pizza con patate mozzarella e prosciutto cotto dove si sentiva solamente il sapore del tubero, e sopratutto con una porzione minimale di prosciutto. O le piccole scamorza con il miele che anche questo non saprei se definirlo poco (visto che comunque mi sembrava abbastanza nel piatto) o davvero lieve a livello di sapore che mi fa pensare ad un utilizzo di prodotti commerciali e non di qualità. Ma tutto sommato un buon ristorante, c’è da migliorare."
