L'Espadon - Speisekarte

Had waited for the renovations to complete for some time. Having dined here before I was anxious to do so again. We had lunch and were delighted to find the elegance, superb service and fantastic cuisine were all there. Magical place to dine.

We had our breakfast there every morning. Perfect, delicious food as you would hope for when in Paris. Every morning they have a different danish, the pastries are all to die for. It's in a beautiful bright winter garden. Perfect way to start your day. And the waiters are lovely.

My guests were delighted.Home and service worthy of the ritz. the map is attractive with top quality dishes. everything was delicious and well presented. accustomed to Parisian palaces, I can say with confidence that the ritz is far apart in front of its competitors. We were greeted in a remarkable way. the gardens are extremely pleasant. We came for a coffee/dessert. desserts were very good. It must be said that Francois perret has nothing to disassemble. to be absolutely recommended!

nothing to say, the setting of the hotel ritz is beautiful. lunch in the hotel's interior garden allows you to spend an excellent time. The service is perfect, very professional, smiling and friendly (with perfect discretion). the map with the menu of the week is very well done. a bravo for the grenobloise veal ris. Thank you again for this very moment.

You must say this is always an experiençe the Ritz.For lunch the garden of the espadon offers a beautiful map with reasonable menus. On the other hand, having chosen the three signatures of the chef I admit to be a little on my hunger....It is good, but without more, lack of flavor and madness. On the other hand, an extra service, the staff is perfect.Very beautiful wine map......for big budget. I had made myself a joy of browning back, to the ritz !!!! quality of brunch to the top thanks to the chief, but very disappointed of the service that was very approximate, of the reception just as in the end. It was really not terrible, the first time it was perfect there were only 2 tables to serve. However for my last visit there were more people, so we were in total forgetting until the locker room we waited 20 minutes. Thank you for this moment, go back to stress without having appreciated anything.

At the Ritz you expect everything to be perfect. It certainly wasn't. The outdoor 1 star Michelin is right next to the terrace of the bar of the hotel. Right next to the restaurant tables was a large table with about 8 or 10 people having drinks and extremely noisy. People at 2 of the restaurant tables ask to be relocated as the noise was very annoying. This is not what you expect in one of the most classy addresses in Paris.The service was very ordinary, perhaps still not operational due to the recent reopening. Most of the dishes were excessively fussy with too many ingredients that didn't work well together hence lacked in balance. It was as if the chef was trying too hard to impress or t...

our favorite brunch with the shangri la. high quality cuisine, beautiful diversification of hot dishes, cold inlets, eggs, desserts,...A pleasant and really very professional service, there is true and beautiful exchange with all guests the teams of the ritz both from the room and the kitchens. the chef of the kitchens came to see us and we exchanged with passion for more than an hour. our rank leader (he has worked a 10-year angleterre, we don't know his name) is really someone nice and passionate. We felt he wanted to enjoy it. the cooking of perfect meats and on demand, it was very pleasant and surprising for a brunch to have a bented crust bar. He was indeed excellent even if that of Mr....
