"Let's start with the welcome: impeccable, nice, a sense of the ideal service for the restoration. aperitives, with or without alcohol are well chosen and in good invoice. Meat is also good enough. but it is very fast: the good taste of meat is drowned under floury sauces and too thick. slices of ham are presented in the plate, as just out of their packaging, the burrata is served so cold that we do not feel the taste. Salad is so insipid that the most ordinary of vinegars manages to pick it up, modestly, taste. Roasted vegetables? barely passed into oil, and frankly, with the best will of the world, raw eggplants, no thanks. dessert side, disappointment: a sandy too dry, very airy, topped with a pale grazing cream and very floury. there is no work on flavors, everything is assembled without research. So do home? "Savoyard restaurant located on the edge of the Oise. The setting is warm, with a mountain atmosphere that will change you! The number of cover is reasonable, and the card is thought without superfluous: it is generally synonymous with quality. Traditional raclette with raw milk is true to expectations. A quality cheese accompanied by a beautiful cutlery plate. An excellent plate that blends perfectly with cheese. We only regret the portions that could have been a little more generous. A very beautiful setting, quality products and a warm service: everything is gathered to spend a moment there. A restaurant that warms the heart and the belly! I recommend and I'll come back."

"Nous avons fait pratiquement tous les changements de propriétaires de ce restaurant depuis une une quinzaine d'années... en ce qui me concerne je n'ai jamais été déçu par le rapport qualité/prix et c'est encore le cas aujourd'hui nous avons pris de la cuisine italienne (avec parmesan comme il se doit) et nous n'avons pas été déçu.... Tel que nous étions placés j'avais une vue sur une parti de la cuisine la iu les plats dressés dans l'assiette avant la mise à disposition du service et donc j'ai vue préparer des par de tiramisu (je suppose) avec le "maitre de coupe" qui se léchait les doigts après découpe de chaque part .... Bon ils sont jeunes ,ils font de la bonne cuisine ... qu'ils aiment ,a priori aussi "gouter" mais quant on veux faire cuisine "style" il y a des gestes a éviter.....J'y retournerais essayer les pizzas qui sont parait-il excellentes, en préférant une table moins....."inquisitrice""
