Fantastic cafe. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We both had the Snowdon breakfast which was wonderful and very well priced. Highly recommended!

Snowdon Marathon weekend. Great food and friendly, helpful staff. We had three separate drop-ins during our stay. The rarebit is the best I've ever had!

Stayed in Llanberis over the weekend 27-29 October during the Eriri Marathon. This cafe was a great place to eat and the food was superb, well presented and delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even at their busiest time. They even smiled and were very appreciative of my attempts at the Welsh language! Wow! I have lived in Wales for nearly 11 years but have never been here before. Oh have I missed out! Today, whilst in Llanberis, my friends suggested breakfast here. Now, normally I cannot finish the meal but here I had no intention of leaving any! The meal was cooked to perfection, served with extreme professionalism and such a smile! A charming environment, lovely staff and a cracking chef. Thank you. Maybe the lake steam railway cafe not far away could learn from here? Especially when it comes to customer service. Ps. The sausages were amazing!

On entering the premises The first comments was we are short staffed You’ll have to wait said the mature lady No welcome, hello or good afternoon. While looking through the menu to decide what to have noticed the same lady eating behind the counter in the kitchen and also arguing with some young lad who was doing the pots,pans and plates. Watching other customers I noticed a man asking where his order was as his other companions were already eating theirs and he was still waiting for his Chef /owner made some comment about not having enough hands and once again, moaning about short staffed. Having walked snowdon, cold, tired and hungry we found this cute little place just by the train station. Order some soups and drinks, young lady behind counter very informative when I asked her about the soups, however the older lady in a black dress with Mustard top, cropped blonde hair needs to take some customer service training from the younger staff, blunt and rude when serving almost like we were asking for the world to be presented to us on a plate, soup arrived not even luke warm so I asked politely if she could warm them up, no apology, took our plates again with attitude, returned them again with no apology despite our gratitude and thanks.
