Madame Posh - Speisekarte

Food was cold. Egg yolks were anaemic Muffins still freezing cold in the middle, not toasted. Service attractions. Waitress not interested.

Took my mum for coffee and a late breakfast and both were delicious! They also had samples of cake to try which we couldn’t resist though we were too full from breakfast to have a larger piece will save that for another time!

This place gives people bad service I was disgusting by it One of the girls working who were in their own clothes may I add very rude and was giving us looks . I would not recommend anyone coming here the food wasn’t that great as well . Speisekarte ansehen

We went to this restaurant for my daughter's baby shower today. We had our own private area downstairs, which had a lift for easy access. The food tasted incredible, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a fantastic afternoon and highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you.

We came for afternoon tea food was not worth the price, drinks took forever to come, were cold and curdled! Our waitress was lovely, as were all staff however they were running around clearly unable to cope with the demand. She was clearly as upset as the customers. Clearly poor management !!

After being closed for renovations for an extended period, we decided to stop by for a cup of tea and a snack. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed. The wait was excessively long, the staff seemed unwelcoming, and when our scone arrived, it was served without jam or clotted cream (we had to ask for it). Although the decor was pleasant and the atmosphere was decent, the overall experience left us feeling like we had fallen into a tourist trap.

Chose this spot because paninis etc on counter looked tasty we just wanted a light lunch. Staff were friendly but not the best service it was one guy's first shift so will let him off the hook. Waited a long time for our very simple order of paninis. When these arrived it was a very basic serving of panini only, no garnish. One didn't arrive (despite double checking that waitress had taken order right) until the rest of the party had almost finished eating. We were offered a complimentary glass of prosecco (Mothers Day weekend) which was a nice touch but we really just wanted to be on our way. We did feel slightly pressured into accepting drinking it.

Visited today for some early lunch and after placing our order for food and drinks, the waiter came back to say they do not have decaffeinated coffee. As the menus had already been taken away I just ordered a tea with soya milk. When we got the bill we were charged an extra 60p for soya milk, when I questioned it the staff member said it’s more expensive. I pointed out that this was not made clear to me when I changed my order for tea. The staff member proceeded to bring the menu to me and show the extra charge for soya milk, I said okay so it’s on the menu but at the time of changing my order the menu was not shown to me so the waiter should have highlighted the extra charge.
