"We’ve been in Paris for three days and have had incredible meals with incredible service. Our experience at Mamamia was not pleasant. We started by ordering two bottles of wine for a group of six people. She immediately told me that a sweeter wine would be better. I am a wine collector so know what I like. She insisted on opening a sweeter wine. We didn’t like it and ended up going with our original order. When she went to pour the wine, she poured on the table, on two people and into a water glass with water. We then placed our food orders. She forgot one of the orders and that order didn’t come out until after the rest of the party was done with their meals. Before dinner, we ordered a red wine to accompany dinner. When the wine came out she tried to pour the test glass into our existing white wine glasses. We had to ask for different glasses for our red wine. When the bill came it clearly stated that service was included(see attached). After the bill was paid she came back and said that she did not receive gratuity and asked us to pay more. In addition, the music was so loud that you could not talk across the table. Overall this was an awful experience. If you are an American, avoid this place. They will come after you for unearned gratuity and treat you as lower citizens."

Food was great. The sauce on the chicken was the best thing ever. I could drink it like soup. The duck was tender and well seasoned.

Very nice and cosy restaurant and the food is fantastic! Please try their truffle pizza! The service is very good as well!!! My biggest recommendations to Mamamia.

Food quality good but constant thumping from DJ requires yelling even at intimate tables. Serving staff not attentive and require multiple flag downs Too many chairs and tables in the space which caused multiple chair hits by staff running around.

the personal was so rude. gastgeber were rude, dressed from the line and not appropriate for such an expensive restaurant or for christmas. we were almost 4 hours in the restaurant because the service was slow, our eating was cold, waited 25 minutes on cutlery, and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes just to retrieve our checked moms. the host refused to give us our hunting, saying that not their job, let us stand in the wise of everything, while others handed over their hands. she was also rude for the family next to us. seriously unacceptable, especially on holy evening.
