Ordered one large and one small chicken kebabs When they arrived both had 6 pieces of chicken on But we're still charged for a large and small

Definitely one of the best pizzas in boro, can't go wrong, good value with the 3 pizza deal. We got a pepperoni, lamb special and vegetarian special.

Terrible I ordered a donner pizza and it came with salad on top of it!!! I would expect a better pizza made by linthorpe primary school! Never ever again , still picking cabbage out of my teeth!!! Speisekarte ansehen

We have ordered from mammas in the past and waited the usual hour for a delivery, standard for any takeaway. However ordered last night food came within half and hour and it was piping hot, well done guys super tasty will order again

3rd time in a row they have sent a wrong order. Either something is missing or something I've never ordered sent. Fres garlic bread??? Spent over £30 on many occasions and still not received the garlic bread. Sat waiting for my hot shot parmo after the rest of the family ate over a hour ago. Shocking service.

We have been visiting Mamas for years and wouldn’t try anywhere else ! But after tonight’s visit attitude from the manager over giving us the wrong order which has happened before but being a loyal customer we stayed loyal to the business We won’t be returning for sure ! No empathy at all basically took your money and doesn’t care if it’s wrong and the time travelling back to the shop to rectify the order ! Wrong pizzas cold chicken kebabs order mixed up Nightmare ! Bought takeaways from here for years now but won’t buy anymore.put an order in last Saturday via their website about 06-00pm and got the order about 09-15.phoned a few times and was told different things every time I called.eventually they admitted they had messed up and not seen my order.they said they would send my order out as soon as possible and I would get a full refund which I’m still waiting for.the order came and part of that was wrong as I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they sent me a parmo with pepperoni on top.so as I never got a refund I will not go back again

We've always had a good experience with Mama's Pizza. They always listened and were considerate with how we liked our takeaway. We usually get: Parmo Pizza Deals Kebab and Chips We ordered on Uber Eats because of an issue with our car. Everything had been delivered and was perfect. Except they forgot to put the Hot Chilli sauce in our order. We were gutted since we loved it with kebab. We called them and told them our issue. They had no issue sending a replacement chilli sauce which was surprising . And when it came. They added an additional bottle of coca cola as an apology!!!! Ordered on uber eats at 6:25 with estimated delivery time being 6:55-7:15. At 6:40 it was on the way . at 7:15, gave them a call, told me it 'll be 15 minutes. 7:30 gave them a call, was told it 'll be 10 minutes. At 7:40, gave them a call, the boss started making up some excuses like oh I don 't know where the driver is or what he 's doing , then hung up the phone on me. 7:45, the boss told me oh we turned up to the house and you didn 't answer which was complete BS. I had been watching out of my window for the whole time. Told him to stop BSing me and tell me the truth. Received the order at 8:45PM. Over 2hrs and 20 minutes from when I ordered.
