excellent restaurant, food is amazing, and shisha is really good. every time I come the staff is helpful and always attend to our needs.

Stale overpriced food, flies all over, smelly glasses and disgusting toilets. Also lots of smoke from the sisha -smoking crowd. Best to avoid this place.

Stopped in for dinner and the food was really good the service not so much. They where missing a few items on the menu but even the second choices where very good

This restaurant is excellent, they have very good service and the staff are very friendly and the Shisa is also very good a place to have dinner with the family and if you are on a date you will find it very...kosy inside. very good food halal and large portions.

The first time we visited was absolutely beautiful. We therefore decided to come back, and what a great disappointment the food was as Bland, because everything all the appetizers were not freshly prepared (frozen food) it was all asleep. If I didn't recommend... also asked if she had changed management or chefs, the waiter had no idea. £85 down

We have booked a large group of 22 of us for dinner at the Mandaloun, and would like to say a HUGE thank you to Verna, which I had with the coordinated elections, and then Donny (apologies if I had wrong), and the whole team that looked after us when we arrived and continued through dinner. The service and the food were wonderful, everything came together and we had such a great night. Much appreciated.

Terrible service, catching a member if staffs attention was a complete joke. They moped about hiding away from customers, genuinely looked like they were miserable. The toilets were so disgusting i am shocked, its the worst i have ever seen when dining. When i advised...the manager, he/she looked like they couldn’t have given less of care. They even sighed mid through feedback as if they just didn’t want to be there. Totally avoid this place, cheeky service fee on the bill was the final straw. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!

On our way to a theatre and needed some food within an hour timeframe. There were decent choices on the menu, we like Lebanese and with the front of the restaurant open, it looked the part. Service was quick (it was early afternoon and not...many people seated) and the cocktails were a 3 out of 5. Both me and my wife had Mixed Shawarma and it was average. The meat was a long way from that 'just cooked ' vibe and the handful of sliced vegetables were bland and tasteless. Just as I was wondering where the sauces were, with a smile the waiter dropped 4 plastic containers into the middle of our table (see photo). No sauces in bowls, no spoons, I can only assume they also deal with takeaways and...

This place has always been expensive. We used to go here many years ago and the food always tasted top. However… this time around… it was dead. We went as 3 people. It was late, but they were open till much later. The two chefs...looked upset that we were walking in….. maybe we should not blame them, maybe they were tired etc but they both looked at all of us and were disappointed that we were walking in… We ordered quite a big selection of food; The kibbeh were nice, the hommous i liked but someone else didnt.
