Not impressed, ordered cocktails and person who was serving almost poured on us, when I was expecting to receive a freshly made cocktail I received same one with just passion fruit replaced. Service is not so impressive.

Had a great lunch here at an outdoor table. The service was good and the food was excellent. In particular, the gnocchi with Tuscan sausage and fennel was fabulous. If you’re in the neighbourhood, or visiting the Saatchi gallery next door, this is definitely worth a stop.

Manicomio is a must-visit spot for lunch in Chelsea. The food is consistently fantastic, and my Chicken Milanese today was absolutely delicious. Enjoying a meal outside on a sunny day, people-watching, and savoring a nice glass of wine is the ideal way to unwind with friends. Speisekarte ansehen

The restaurant is charming and inviting, with a touch of elegance. It is ideal for a romantic dinner. The staff is highly skilled and welcoming. Although the food was delicious, I found it to be a bit pricey. I will definitely return in the future. The burrata and asparagus were my favorite dishes!

MERAVIGLIOSO! We had a wonderful dinner here we loved everything about Manicomio. the staff are wonderful, so courteous, classy, the best service ever. The food gorgeous. We had both meat and veggie options and dessert, and all were beautifully flavoured and generous portions. Wine lovely too. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean and stylish. I’ve been to all of the Italians in London, I sometimes think, from the nicest to the least nice, and this is absolutely at the top. I will be returning many, many times and recommending this restaurant. A wonderful evening. Thank you!

If I could give more stars I would, but to be fare they deserve Michelin star!! The quality of the food is unbeatable, my favourite restaurant used to be Gauchos, but they’ve definitely taken there place. I was greeted by Ronel the host who was extremely accommodating and seated us before they were actually open for dinner service. Her customer service is delightful. I ordered my favourite cocktail a pawn star and I was definitely was not disappointed. My waitress Judyta is instagram beautiful. She was extremely attentive and knew the menu so could answer the questions I had.
