No hot water and still had to pay full amount for parking, they don’t even care to get someone in to fix it coz manager is on holiday. Last time parked here

I welcome any improvements you are making. But to close the restaurant with out even any temporary facilities is a very poor way to treat your customers and the hard working truck drivers ok the UK.

Urgent toilet stop due to IBS and found the toilets are locked to non eating customers. The restaurant is now cash only and the food is as poor as always. Just stodge or full English. More truck stops should visit Formula or Stockyard and see how to do it probably
