"I lived in some bad almost food restaurants in mine, but oh my good, that was cruel. when the mcdonalds were introduced, it seemed like a complete chaos, all the machines were down and the personal did not try to do anything or serve the people in the bar. Finally, I informed my order only after the purchase of what I had not made available. there was no excuse for the restaurant, but I understand that these things happen. as vegetarian, there were not many other options for me, but they offered me veggie dimmer (shafter than what I originally ordered) after ten minutes waiting for the veggie dimmer (40 minutes in the restaurant overall) I decided to go it time. I asked for a full refund, the worker did not respond to me when I asked, but he told his manager who rolled her eyes and left a huff out. I understand that the work in hospitality is difficult, but a bit customer service or general friendliness would have been appreciated. she didn't tell me a word while she arranged the refund. she gave it in cash (the wrong money) and then went away. terrible experience. the opposite was inadmissible, unorganized, nothing worked and the staff was terrible. I worked in a McDonalds restaurant myself, and I think something really needs to change."

Two pretty good efforts with my sausage mcmuffin breakfast. It is what it is but these two efforts much better than many others I have had elsewhere.

only for a quarter pounder with cheese dipped with a few custom requests. it was freshly cooked, so much better than most I had so fair enough elsewhere.

Absolutely obscene language from the staff during my visit, seems to be very immature members of staff and the average age must be about 18. Very unhelpful and unprofessional and I wouldn't visit again.

Went to McDonalds Stirling, the one at Sainsbury's, tried to place order machine not working so went to counter, totally blanked by staff , ender up leaving, total waste of time, definitely won't be back.

very busy, but managed to get a place in the ground floor. Disabled toilets do not work and had to remove my granddaughter toilets while the workers tried to clear our meal away, although we had bags on the floor. of a man sitting next door. lack of ground floor facilities visited stressful . impossible to win the attention of the staff on disabled toilet.

this is the first time that I experienced classical music in a mcdonald’s. it was an interesting experience, it made me feel so relaxed and had a good time. the large number of employees is also another advantage of this restaurant, as far as food is concerned, it is something that you can find in any mcdonald restaurant. I recommend to visit and at the level below.

The food was not served on time. When I inquired, I was informed that our order was missing even though it had been paid for. The salad was unsatisfactory, with dry chicken and no dressing. The menu mentioned cherry tomatoes, but only one slice was included in the salad. There was a lack of concern from the staff. On a positive note, the children enjoyed the playground.

I have given it 3 stars for the fact that it was for my neffen, but I would not rate it because I simply do not see the fascination of tasteless chips and burgers, but the children seem to like it. the young people wanted to sit up, but could not do as the lift was broken and I can't make any steps. I can say that the personal is brilliant and keeps the place harmless. I am not the best person to evaluate this place, but I want the positive and negative to what I see.
