McDonald's - Speisekarte

I'm here for lunch. Ordered a burger meal with bacon, but it did not come with any, need to wait for a replacement almost came back to work late. Otherwise it's okay.

When we first arrived, a man with long hair was rude to me and my family, which immediately turned us off. The customer service was slow and lacking in quality. We definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went to the Oxford Road McDonald's today at 14.17 Asked for 2 Sweet Chilli wraps, one Oasis no ice, a diet coke, BUT ONLY GOT ONE MEAL. Also asked for a Twix Mcflurry a Malteser Flurry and 5 chicken selects, I was only CHARGED FOR ONE MEAL Speisekarte ansehen

The service we received at this restaurant today was absolutely terrible! Despite being regular customers, they completely messed up our order and we had to continuously go back and forth to get it right. The staff seemed clueless and had no idea what they were doing.

McDonald's Reading is a sad place. It's too expensive, not very good, and the one I visited was not what I would think was clean. It is a stereotypical fast food joint without matching the price structure. There are better options if you are looking for Junk Food in Reading. Avoid McDonalds if you can.

Absolutely awful .... I went in on my way to work . Chips came out really greasy and big Mac was stone cold. Half way through I started to feel a bit nauseous I tried to go to the toilet but the staff was rude and wouldn't let me use them even though I purchased food) I tried to eat more but ended up running out of the door to be immediately sick. Made an app order and had voucher £5 off when you spend £15 on the last step it did not went through…after few attempts I had to cancel the order and order again, now the order went through without the voucher… Waiting time 45 min 0 stars Food quality/fries half portion 0 stars Customer satisfaction 0 stars Definitely will not recommend and will not coming back, many restaurants around that value their customers.

This midumm skirt has 2 floors and many seating. And is located at Friar St in Reading. As with all MaCdonalds restrictions, there are some useful self-service screens. These screens make the order to your meal and pay very easy. You can also order your MacDonalds app code and add table service across the terms This branch is very accessible for wheelchair users and buggies, with accessible toilets on the ground floor.

This restaurant has its ups and downs. The food is what you would expect from McDonald's, but I usually use the drive-thru and they often make mistakes when I order. For example, I asked for a simple latte and got a toffee one, I paid for a double sausage McMuffin but received a single, or they left egg on my order when I asked for it without. I also had a strange experience where the employee insisted they didn't have flavored lattes, only for me to find it on the app later and ask for it at pick up, where they then gave me the syrup if I wanted.
