Very quick service even though busy. Girl at serving hatch had some good patter

Staff so laid back when busy. Waiting minutes for a breakfast is just for fast at all

This place hardly ever have caramel frappe.. I've waited in the queue a few times (drive through) to be told the machine isn't working..... They should mabye put a sign up so I don't need to go all the way through the drive through for nothing..... Or get the machine fixed

The experience at this restaurant was okay. It was very crowded when we visited, leading to slow service. There were no cups available for espresso coffee, and when I ordered a Toffee Latte, I received an iced Toffee Latte instead. Additionally, the toilets were out of order.

Items constantly missing from order. Operators not listening to order and not putting through, who's doing your orders? Last 2 times I have been there is no iced drinks...explain how you can let this happen? knowing how the weather has been you should be able to forecast a higher demand?? Speisekarte ansehen

My experience at McDonald's was fantastic! The food was hot and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the staff were helpful when I had questions about the menu. I particularly enjoyed using the new self-order kiosks, which made ordering incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely return!

When we arrived at the car park, an employee mistakenly tried to give us someone else's food before we even placed our order. While trying to order, items kept falling out of the basket. After finally completing our order, one item had somehow gone missing. Our food arrived cold and the extras we had paid for were not included in the order. The service was terrible, with shocking attitude from the staff, including girls in the window laughing at customers. This restaurant should be embarrassed and in need of comprehensive retraining.

Ordered my McDonald’s ... waited what felt like forever for it . Received it to the car and realised the fries were missing so had to go inside to correct this .... got it home and food was now cold because I had to wait for fries ... realised nuggets were also missing and the plain burger is in fact not plain and that’s apparently the reason I was waiting in the first place . Now I have to drive all the way back minutes there and twenty minutes back to get it replaced. And this isn’t the first time this has happened ! What are you planning on doing about this? Every-time I come to McDonald’s the order is NEVER right ! Speisekarte ansehen
