McDonald's - Speisekarte

Since they have took on delivery they are slow and was near waiting half a hour for my food, staff refuse to served one of my family few months ago and again last month. Not happy

I went for breakfast this morning and finally my order was right for once well done to the staff I can finally say it isn't all true what they say about you people that work there well done

By far worst maccies ever totally wrong order paid 22 quid and got 2 happy meals like what is that and last time I asked for a plain burger and got patty's and no bun it's ridiculous most unorganised maccies ever Speisekarte ansehen

**** service again drive threw order wrong second time in a week drove all way back told just go to next window will give missing item food already cold driving back and waiting in q so just asked for money back go another McDonald’s least it’s right other places avoid

Ordered McDelivery a couple of times from this site and every time, the orders have had items missing. Usually it's a main item that is missing too! The latest was my partner's order of a Chicken Big Mac meal which arrived missing the Chicken Big Mac. Won't be using them again for delivery.

Visited this McDonald’s several times over the past few months. Food is never hot enough for me and is ALWAYS cold if I take away, even though my house is an 8 minute drive away. Orders take from 7-20 minutes to prepare, not great for fast food. Overall, this restaurant needs sorting. Very unhappy Speisekarte ansehen

I ordered via Uber, McDonald’s always seem to get the order wrong, today I ordered happy meals 1 out of 3 of them arrived however I received all the drinks for it, when the delivery driver came to my house he apologised and informed me the food had been ready for ages however McDonald’s took ages to give it to him when the food arrived for what was missing it was shocking freezing cold

Don’t think I’ve ever been here and my order has been right! Specifically asked for a PLAIN hamburger for my son. Staff member asked if I wanted cheese on. Again, I said PLAIN, NO CHEESE. Got home, and of course there’s cheese on it which is all stuck to the burger and my son won’t eat it. This happens every single time I shouldn’t have to check the food before I drive off each time! Why can’t I just have what I order? Sauces never in the bag either. Complete waste of time and money.

Yet again failed to deliver the full order. Ordered 2 Big Cheesy meals and one of the burgers and both fries were missing. 2 meals 2 burger +2 fries +2 drinks. Is it really that difficult to be capable of counting to 2? When you read the reviews on this place, half are complaints about missing food. What exactly are the managers doing in this place to deal with this level of incompetence and give customers the service they are paying for. It 's not like McDonalds is cheap anymore! The blame is firmly on the management of this establishment for the poor service they continuously exhibit. I wouldn 't trust a McDonalds 'manager ' to clean the toilets at my work place, they are that useless. Speisekarte ansehen
