"I don't usually visit McDonald's, but I was in a rush and needed something quick. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing once again. The Drive-Through took a long time, my order was incorrect, there was no salad in my burger, and they didn't provide any condiments or napkins. On top of that, I was overcharged. I don't understand why people continue to go back to this restaurant."

Used drive-through today and found the service was very slow, taking a good 30 minutes to get our order

My little Grandson dropped his full box of chips on the floor, swiftly replaced by a lovely member of staff without me asking. Very attentive

McDonald's is McDonald's - you know what to expect. It's open 24 hours, but only the drive-thru was operational when I arrived just after midnight. Despite ordering through the app, my order wasn't processed until I reached the order point. The location is visible from A45, but lacks clear signage once you exit the roundabout.

If I could give 0 star I would. Waiting over 30 mins for a singular cheese burger for then to mess the order up. the burger was so greasy is was unedible , staff were so rude. I'd actually be embarrassed to even be associated with this mcds. Let alone work there. Awful service. Could of cooked a full meal at home in that time instead if burger I through out the window it was that bad
