Mcdonald's Restaurants

Shocking service and milkshake machine is rarely working. The only way is see things changing here is if people read reviews and boycott this store. Something serious needs to be done here.

Tried to use the app again. No point sat in carpark waiting for 20 minutes. Every time. What's the point in a drive through for food, if you just use it as a order point. No food ever ready. Rude staff. Disgusting .

Disgusting! Chicken McCrispy ordered. Mayo had quite obviously gone off and tasted like vomit. Flagged a member of staff, they said manager would come and see me. No one appeared! My son and I left feeling quite unwell. Healthy meals at home from now on! Speisekarte ansehen

This has to be the worst McDonald’s drive thru ever. Always asked to park up. Food luke warm. Deliveroo and Just Eat have ruined these take away establishments for the persons who actually makes the effort to get off their backside and go visit said establishments

Just don't bother, food is often cold by the time it gets to you with poor service from the seemingly incompetent staff. On several occasions I've had to wait more than 45min from ordering until getting my food and in more than one instance the order wasn't even correct! Drive the few extra minutes to Melksham's branch for decent service.

Really poor service at this McDonalds, last 2 visits we queued for ages at the drive through, before being directed to the car park where we waited ages for our food. There seems to be plenty of staff, but organisation is perhaps lacking? It’s certainly not FAST food!! The service always used to be good, won’t be visiting again anytime soon. Speisekarte ansehen

After ordering though the McDonalds app, we had a notification that after a hour the food had been delivered, we then went to the McDonald's and the site was conned off, we asked to see the manager who explained they were closed and had been due to a technical issue, Uber eats had so say delivered the food even though the McDonalds was closed, after multiple calls to Uber and email's to McDonald's, neither of them will take the responsibility and refund the order, that could not have been delivered.

I arrived at the restaurant at 6-16 am I ordered on the app to eat in on table 3. The order was delivered to my table within 5 minutes. The breakfast wrap was probably the freshest I have experienced. The Bacon and Cheese flatbread was fresh and hot and the coffee was lovely! Tom the duty manager served me throughout and it was excellent service!! I give it 9/10 today! The only reason it wasn't 10 was because I ordered to sit at a table and he brought it to me in a bag and I had to ask for a tray ! Other than that the food quality and the service was amazing! Totally recommend the place for breakfast

I’m struggling to say anything positive about this McDs. It’s the worst restaurant we’ve ever been too. From start to finish, service is painfully slow. It’s not unusual to be given the wrong or missing food. Cheeseburger with no patty. Staff look at you blankly when you inform them something is wrong. No apology. When I returned a Coke and explained the order stated Diet Coke. By the look on the lady’s face, she didn’t believe me. There appears to be plenty of staff. On a few occasions, I spoke briefly to a lady who cleans the tables, etc. Her presentation was amazing. My feeling is that she should be promoted and run the show. Speisekarte ansehen
