Mcdonald's Restaurants

This McDonald's is my favorite in London to be quite honest. It's right next to Earls Court tube station and is fast, friendly, and exactly what you expect from a McDs burger and fries!!

Very bad and poor service. Don't go there.after waiting 45 min at mc Donald's earls court, they deliver a wrong order, loose the order, and at the end it is not my order and cold... One week before the family was sick for 2 days there. Don't go and waist your money there. The manager doesn have experience and is not considering at all the client. Just don't go!

Okay the food is not good for you and this one has no really healthy food as some others do. Then they advertise free wifi, accept after 15 minutes it still will not connect. So if I am going to eat **** food I would at least like the wifi to work. You would at least think they could do decent wifi. If you want reliable wifi and much better burgers go across the street to the Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Speisekarte ansehen

Out of curiosity, I tried the McPlant and the Vegetable Deluxe. I was not disappointed. The McPlant tasted like any other McDonald's burger, most akin to the Quarter Pounder because of the various toppings. The Vegetable Deluxe, well, it was crispy and it tasted fine, I just don't know what it was exactly or what it was supposed to taste like. But if you want a crispy fried veggie contraption, it does the trick. Overall, I'm a fan please bring the McPlant to the US!

A normal McDonald's, but person serving could not understand English to take my order. It needed a colleague to help correct half of it. so it is not all go wrong. Then it was over a 5 minute wait just to wait for a normal food order. Whereas I'm many Mcdonalds stores the staff are well managed and motivated. Here they were dazed like they were hakf falling asleep. Probably because some of them could not do the job, so everyone felt there was little point? The rest of the experience was fine, just quite surprising considering how well they normally manage their stores.

There is something that feels a bit gloomy about this McDonald's in my opinion, though I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe someone else can relate to this feeling? The layout of the restaurant may be the culprit, as it feels somewhat cramped. It's a long walk to reach the ordering counters, with seating available both upstairs and downstairs. The colorful and comfortable chairs by the windows are in high demand, so be sure to grab them quickly! The upstairs area also feels a bit lackluster to me, with darker lighting than I would expect at a McDonald's and an awkward setup with walls dividing the space. 11.11.19 Night before we leave London. My friends really wanted some mcflurry so we came to this McDonald's near our hotel. It is very different from the US. Customers don't clean up after themselves. They just leave it at the table for the employees to clean it. I think it's also like that in the Philippines if I remembered correctly. But for this location, I don't know if they're short staffed because there were trash at every table. My friend and I sat at one that had the least amount of trash. Then saw this couple sat down at the other table after ordering food. That table had more trash so the lady just literally pushed all the trash to the side and half of it fell on the floor. I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's location if possible. It is my go-to spot in Earls Court, but it is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. Despite the convenience, I often regret stopping here. Most of the staff members are incompetent and frequently do not listen, requiring you to repeat yourself. There is a high turnover of staff, which contributes to the inefficiency of the service. The kitchen staff take an excessively long time to prepare orders, including my veggie burger. While I understand a wait is normal, when a 4-minute wait turns into 8 minutes or more, something is seriously wrong. I may eventually decide it is not worth the hassle and only visit this lo...

This McDonald's is just okay. My wife and I decided to go because they offer vegan options that are not yet available in most of the US, such as the McPlant burger, Spicy Veggie One wrap, and Veggie Dippers. We also ordered fries, curry sauce for the Veggie Dippers, and a Raspberry Cadbury Flake McFlurry. Unfortunately, one of their kiosks was not working so we had to order at the counter, but the food came out quickly. I found the Raspberry Cadbury Flake McFlurry to be the best item, followed by the Spicy Veggie One wrap.
