Mcdonald's - Speisekarte

The milkshake was watery, the burger bun was rock hard, the burger inside was dry, and overall the food was terrible. Additionally, the security staff told me to stand instead of sitting, despite the fact that I have a disability and very bad legs.

As anticipated, the restaurant was bustling at all hours of the day and night, but the service was consistently efficient. There was a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from, and ample seating available. However, the self-service screens could use a good cleaning.

McDonald's is a well-known and spacious fast food restaurant. The ordering process was efficient, the service was quick, and the food was just as expected. A staff member attempted to have me participate in a complex survey in exchange for a free ice cream, but I declined. I'm not too worried about missing out on saving 99p. Speisekarte ansehen

Nonetheless, it was not a big loss.

we ordered some items via the app on a mobile as it was a bit chilly outside ,the first seating area was very cold as well the other larger seating area was actually quite warm . the app would not let us order some items even thought we saw people eating them in the restaurant ,also no hot chocolate available on a plus side we were able to order the items to de delivered to the table so over all a bit mixed

After a night out, we decided to stop by McDonald's for a bite to eat before calling a taxi. The restaurant was bustling with others who had the same idea. Despite it being 3 o'clock in the morning, the staff remained calm and composed. One employee in particular, named Hind, had a constant smile on her face and was extremely friendly and helpful to customers. Manchester Oxford Rd McDonalds, busy morning service but let down by the attitude of one of the crew 'Brit '. I asked for a serviette, to be told they ran out last night. I commented it wasn 't acceptable to eat food with hands without something to wipe the grease on, and another crew member went to look for some tissues for me. Brit sarcastically commented it 's not the end of the world is it You probably need to go back to your customer service training Brit. Thank you to the crew member who found some tissues for me.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited.. It was a busy Sunday, with few tables free. However, this wasn’t an issue, we just waited patiently.. However, some of the staff are the rudest, I’ve ever encountered. One particular member of staff who was working upstairs on this date (a black girl, didn’t catch her name) she argued with customers, she refused to help with our order, she threw dirty looks at customers, she was abrupt, Then to top it off, she went and cleaned the blocked toilets after someone had complained and carried whatever she’d pulled out of the toilet through the restaurant area in a clear bag, so everyone who was eating their lunch could see the contents.. Disgustin...

Appalling. Clearly this outlet is just far too busy to keep on top of things, and while the franchisee is obviously manufacturing money as a result, it’s the customer who suffers. Order handed over without requisite dips; I returned to the outlet to request not only the missing dips but also a remake of the whole order as quite reasonably I’d had to return the order and it had since gone cold. The ‘manager’ refused to do so, saying they’d only replace the items affected by the missing dips. He agreed that it was a reasonable response to return the whole order in order to query it, but wouldn’t budge.
