I received a chicken nugget happy meal instead of a cheeseburger, sweet and sour sauce instead of the sweet curry, and one coffee instead of a hot one.

I would rate this place a zero if I could. One of the foyer staff members was unprofessional and completely dismissive. My daughter attempted to ask a question on three separate occasions, but...

There is a lack of consistency in this restaurant and in any McDonald's location. There should be uniformity across all locations, but I have never seen any similarities between them. Even a Big Mac is never the same, even within the same restaurant. However, there is a saving grace in this restaurant - the longest serving employee, who always has a smile and something nice to say. Today, they forgot my hash brown, but the cheerful woman who takes orders and payments at the drive-thru always puts a smile on my face. Otherwise, this restaurant is like any other place, with wildly different experiences each time.

We were extremely pleased with the service at this restaurant. Not only was the food always delicious and exactly what we wanted, but when we visited on our bikes, the staff was very attentive and professional with my daughter. She felt much better both physically and spiritually after our visit. Thanks to the quick response of the staff and the help of a qualified person on site, we were able to continue our bike tour happily after enjoying a quick snack. Marcus and the rest of the staff were very caring and attentive. A big thank you to everyone at the restaurant for yesterday, they helped us make the most of our bike ride!

McDonald's restaurants offer good regular menu items that are quite tasty, but the fries are often served cold and limp without any crispiness. I understand that they may not always be served immediately, causing them to lose their heat, but a quick re-dip in hot oil every 10 minutes would help bring back their freshness. My main issue with many McDonald's restaurants is their traffic management. Due to their popularity, especially on weekends, long lines of cars can often block nearby main roads or access to other shops, particularly in retail parks.
