One of the worst tikka masala’s I’ve ever tasted unfortunately, shockingly bad rest of food was below par also

Had a meal this evening and it was one of the most delicious Indian meals that I have ever had, so highly recommended.

Ordered tonight for a collection for the first time since moving to the area. Was early for collection and ended up having a cobra with a regular and a good chat with the guy behind the counter. Got home and was some of the best Indian food I’ve ever tasted from a takeaway. Definitely found a new local. Even may drop by soon for a sit down meal. See you soon!!!

Food turned up an hour earlier than requested we couldn’t eat it at that time as we were putting our child to bed. Was refused a refund or a new meal to be brought out. I even offered to go and pick up the replacement meal and drop off the old one, but was refused. Extremely rude member of staff then put me on with the manager who repeated the same thing. Was told that I should just put it in the microwave I didn’t just spend £30 on a curry to have a microwave meal.. Will not be returning after the horrible way the staff spoke to me.

My previous review from March 2021 still holds true... we decided to give this restaurant another chance because it is so close by, but we ended up wasting £27. The only positive aspect of this experience was the convenient online ordering system. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing once again. The mango chutney and mint sauce were watery, the salad consisted mainly of onions, the Korma was bland and colorless, the meat in the Madras was tough and chewy, the pilau rice was overly yellow and tasted only of turmeric, and the Naan was dry and thin. It seems that this restaurant will never return to its former quality, and we won't be making the mistake of dining here again. Speisekarte ansehen
