"I bought a beef wrap at 11 O' Clock and when I got home and started to eat it I was nearly sick. The beef wasn't rare it was raw! I took it back to the store and all the manager wanted to do was argue about it. As far as I was concerned the wrap was disgusting and completely inedible. I'm very disappointed with the attitude of the manager and with the quality of the food. A simple refund and an apology would have done the trick. Rudeness to a customer isn't what I expected."

I enjoy the updated menu and the presentation is quite sleek. However, the prices have gone up without an improvement in the quality of the food. The staff members are all delightful though, which is why I give it 3 out of 4 stars! Speisekarte ansehen

Just been to the newly renovated Morrisons cafe in basingstoke had the worst food in any café restaurant ever. The staff were lovely but seemed to spend all their time explaining the new complex menu system. I used to enjoy having breakfast there but certainly won’t be going back. To make it worse it’s really expensive as well.
