What a disgrace of a place!!!! Where do I start, table filthy!!! Asked for it to be cleaned, it was soaking after it was supposed to be cleaned… Cutlery was also filthy… Coffee machine was out of coffee beans. There was no milk, no tea...More

Recommend the Scottish veggie breakfast. Good deals as well and comfortable setting for something to eat, after doing your shopping. Came across as a bit hectic though and some tables needing cleaned when there, but overall worth a visit for something to eat and good...More Speisekarte ansehen

Absolutely disgusting and the service is terrible! They treat their customers poorly and refuse to give refunds even when they mess up most of your order. They don't inform you that their machines are broken and can't provide certain items, and overall, it's just a bad experience.

The service was shocking. The service areas were dirty, with seats and floors covered in crumbs and old food. The cups for tea and coffee were stained and looked unappealing, so I chose to use paper cups instead. There were no trays available; when I asked the staff for one, I was given a dirty one. Initially, I would give 5* to the staff. The one above is for the management. How can you leave one older lady literally running across the restaurant covering 30 tables alone? Of course the cutlery won't be absolutely clean or the food not great, but this is YOU, not the staff. And this is not a first time one person covering the entire restaurant. You could be plastic free, environmental friendly or whatever, but you are still dehumanising your staff.

I stopped in for breakfast on my way to Glasgow from Aberdeen. They offered a great selection of breakfast items, and the toast was made with lovely bread. I tried the vegetarian option, which was also quite good. The highlight of my visit was certainly Elaine, the lady serving us, as indicated on her name badge. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, engaging in enjoyable banter with all the customers. It's rare to come across someone like her these days. Truly a gem! Well done, Morrisons!

Shocking service. Dirty service areas. Seats and floors littered with crumbs and old food. Cups for tea and coffee are stained and looked disgusting, opted for paper cups instead. No trays asked staff for one and was handed a dirty one. It’s self service for cakes but no utensil available to lift cakes with. God knows how many people had fingered them previously. Struggled to find somewhere to sit because most tables were uncleaned and stacked with dirty plates and trays. Perhaps if the staff were more attentive towards cleaning and less bothered about screaming about football and using their phones, our experience might have been better. The whole place just felt filthy, no wonder Covid is... Speisekarte ansehen
